Ayurvedic Facial Massage
1. Pour 3 drops in your left palm, and dip your right hand fingers in it.
2. Massage the center of your forehead by drawing 7 clockwise circles with your left palm.
3. Spread the oil from your right hand fingers around your eyes, tap lightly around both eyes with your fingers, and then spread the remaining oil on your face to proceed with massage.
4. Pour another 3 drops on your fingers.
5. Place your fingertips between your eyes and stretch your skin following the eyebrows, to the temples and all the way to the earlobes. Repeat 7 times.
6. Lay your index fingers along your nose sides, nails up, and stretch your skin towards both sides, through the cheekbones and up to the temples. Repeat 7 times.
7. Place your index and major fingers above your upper lip and stretch your skin towards both sides all the way to the ears. Repeat 7 times.
8. Same move under your lower lip following your jaws up to the ears. Repeat 7 times.
9. Pour yet another 3 drops in your palms and massage your cheeks with both hands by drawing 7 circles from your mouth up to the cheekbones and then down to the ears and jaws.
10. Finally, place both palms below your chin and massage your face upwards to the forehead, then stretch your skin towards the sides all the way to your ears. Repeat 3 times.
11. Close your eyes and enjoy a minute of silence and serenity.
